This has to be one of the hidden gems of the motor trade, showroom looks small on the outside, but boy, what a selection on the inside, not too pricey, our audi A1 came with 12 months MOT & a new service, also without asking they arranged to get some minor dents removed F.O.C, great selection of cars....we almost changed our minds 3 times, no pushy sales people..."just look, sit, and give us a shout, if you need us" thanks again guys, you've given us faith in the motor trade.

Purchased a Ford Focus back in August. Since I bought the car on occasion the automatic gearbox would seem confused. I emailed the garage at the start of October to make them aware. The service manager contacted me by phone straight away to speak about the issue. Straight away they offered to take the car in and have a look over it. As I stay 6.5 hours drive away this wasn't going to be simple. I didn't have to worry though as the garage sent a recovery vehicle to collect my car and left me with a courtesy car. A few days later I was contacted and advised that the car needed a brand new gearbox. The garage covered the full cost of the repair and delivered the car back to me when the repairs were complete. From start to finish both the service manager and sales manager have been excellent. I have never had such a good service from a garage and I have purchased a lot of cars in my time. I would definitely do the trip again when it's time for a new car.Thank you again
