Really Happy
Purchased a Ford Focus back in August. Since I bought the car on occasion the automatic gearbox would seem confused. I emailed the garage at the start of October to make them aware. The service manager contacted me by phone straight away to speak about the issue. Straight away they offered to take the car in and have a look over it. As I stay 6.5 hours drive away this wasn't going to be simple. I didn't have to worry though as the garage sent a recovery vehicle to collect my car and left me with a courtesy car. A few days later I was contacted and advised that the car needed a brand new gearbox. The garage covered the full cost of the repair and delivered the car back to me when the repairs were complete. From start to finish both the service manager and sales manager have been excellent. I have never had such a good service from a garage and I have purchased a lot of cars in my time. I would definitely do the trip again when it's time for a new car.Thank you again

I had the greatest experience here I came in for a VW Golf for myself and ended up buying 2 cars a Honda civic.. I test drove both cars and was very happy with the quality and performance of both cars. not only did I get a bargain but was treated really well, offered tea and coffee. I was attended to by one of the sales guys within 5mins of me coming in to the showroom. Definitely will come again (WHAT A SELECTION OF CAR WOW)

We travelled the 140 miles to see the car, we were greeted well when we arrived, we were shown the car which was in the showroom and discussed about coming back at a later date to carry out the roadtest, once they had prepared the vehicle. A week later we returned to drive the vehicle and were very happy with the car. We purchased the car, carried out all the necessary paperwork and drove the car away, very happy. Thank you

Just bought our audi A1 here, and I can't say how good they've been, I really don't know how I've missed this dealership on my door step! Looks small from the outside but a "tardis" on the inside, great selection of cars, no super silly prices, we're left to look and mooch about,when we found the one, it was a quick, I'll pick it up in 3 days with a full mot and service, they then said they would have some small dents removed from the body work...and we were doubley chuffed,thanks guys for all your help Mick & Gaynor

Today I had visited Radley Motor Company!!!
I've had experience with many Motor traders over the years but this was by far the best, the diversity in vehicles and standards of specifications makes you spoilt for choice.

Another aspect that stood to me was the friendly respectful professional approach towards every sale. They truly do welcome you with open arms from exchanging details down to the refreshments.

The car I brought was for my daughter which every father worries about it being well maintained however before my arrival the lads at Radleys had all mechanical work checked topped up including a new battery new MOT new service and even offered me breakdown cover with a finance option. I walked out of there with out the worries that I walked in with. Proud stress free father moment!!!

My daughter don't know it yet but her next car's definitely coming from these guys☺️

I just want to end this review with a Big Thank You for all the support on a great experience as you have definitely made a reoccurring customer out of me see you in a couple of months when when it's time to upgrade my car aha!!!

This has to be one of the hidden gems of the motor trade, showroom looks small on the outside, but boy, what a selection on the inside, not too pricey, our audi A1 came with 12 months MOT & a new service, also without asking they arranged to get some minor dents removed F.O.C, great selection of cars....we almost changed our minds 3 times, no pushy sales people..."just look, sit, and give us a shout, if you need us" thanks again guys, you've given us faith in the motor trade.

Fantastic service provided by Shaz at Radleys from start to finish. I initially came into purchase my wife's new Audi A3 and was mentioning that I would be looking to upgrade my non ULEZ compliance vehicle. Shaz went out of his way to source my a Range Rover Sport and we couldn't be happier with the both vehicles. Six months on now we have had no issues with either car and still have the warranty by Radleys and valance of the Audi manufacturing warranty

Have also mentioned to my friend who purchased a Nissan Juke for his daughter.

I bought a BMW M4 from this company and they were a great help in sorting everything ready for me to pick up the car. I brought the car back as it had a small issue with the brakes, they quickly changed all brake pads and skimmed the disks out of their own pocket to ensure I was satisfied with the car all in one day as I need the car back. After spotting the Audi A7 black edition I wanted on the website I rang and got thru to Radley Motors from start to finish where professional and helpful. They supplied me with extra info and pics of the car upon request and managed to guide me through extended dealership warranty process, even after the car had been bought the salesman contacted me few weeks later to check on my purchase.
